Starting Your Journey
I’m here to help you get started on your fitness journey. That journey could be just getting off the couch and getting active again or it could be getting you to a fitness level where you can compete in a Spartan Race. I’ve personally completed several obstacle course races and have become addicted to OCR to the point that I completed my first Spartan Race Trifecta at the age of 56! Age is just a number and upping your fitness level can help you feel and act younger. There’s no better feeling than keeping up with people who are 10, 20 or even 30 years younger, whether that be in competition or just playing with your kids or grandkids at the playground. That feeling is why I want to share my fitness and nutrition knowledge with you.
We all have obstacles in our lives. Some of those obstacles may be physical ones like I run into on the trails of the Obstacle Course Races, but some of the obstacles we face are nothing more than excuses we put in place ourselves. I’m going to help you conquer those obstacles and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Setting Your Goals
So what is the next step? The first thing you need to do is identify a goal. Make sure that your goal is achievable and break your goal down into steps. For example, if you want to lose 50 pounds don’t try to lose 50 pounds in one month. Instead set a goal of losing 50 pounds in 6 months and then break that down into 8 pounds per month or 2 pounds per week. Now we have an achievable goal that is broken down into steps. Next you will need some tools to help you achieve your goals. That’s where I can really help. I’ve been using Beachbody products as a Beachbody Coach since 2009. Why do I use these products? That’s simple, because they work.

Challenge Groups To Help You Succeed
